Where can I receive my order?
Your order will be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box). Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect or your address is changed within the estimated delivery time we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the destination. Most orders within the Europe take about 5 to 18 working days to receive. International orders may take 9 to 21 working days depending on destination and the customs in your country. We are not responsible for order lost during the shipping process.  

Why does my order (accessories) take too long?
Our buying strategy for our accessories is to bypass the showrooms & vendors (the middleman) and to directly go to the source/manufacturer so we can offer our customers better prices. This can take longer than expected.

How much do I pay for delivery service?                                       
Delivery/Shipping costs will be stated during check-out based on your deliver address/country.
If your total purchase is over 50 EUR make sure you select "Free" shipping methode during check-out.

Mailbox delivery – 4,00 EUR (up to 2 kg in the Netherlands) (free shipping over 50,00 EUR).
Standard delivery – 6,75 EUR (up to 2 kg in the Netherlands) (free shipping over 50,00 EUR).
EU rates start from 13,00 EUR  (free shipping over 50,00 EUR)
International orders starting from 29,30 EUR (free shipping over 50,00 EUR)

Can I track my order?
Yes, in the "my orders" section in "my account" you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you to see the status of your order.
